Returns & Refunds Policy

Made-to-Order Products

All products sold by Madchester.com are made to order specifically for each customer. As a result, we do not hold stock and each item is produced individually once an order is placed.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Unwanted items

  • Colour preference changes

  • Orders placed in error

  • Any other reason unrelated to a manufacturing defect or damage

We strongly recommend checking sizing guides and product information before placing an order.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take pride in the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To submit a claim, please email archie@streamz.store with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the fault, damage or incorrect item

Examples of issues that may qualify for a replacement or refund include:

  • Significant print defects

  • Incorrect or missing print

  • Holes or tears in the garment upon arrival

  • Stains present when delivered

  • Major stitching or manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect item received

  • Damage caused during production or shipping

Please note that minor variations in print placement, slight colour differences between screens and physical products, or small loose threads that can be easily trimmed are not generally considered manufacturing defects.

If your claim is approved, we may, at our discretion:

  • Send a replacement item at no additional cost; or

  • Issue a full refund to the original payment method

In many cases, you will not be required to return the original item.

Custom-Made Goods and Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day cancellation period does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised.

As all Madchester.com products are produced on demand specifically for each order, orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once production has commenced except where the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of approval, although your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available in your account.
