Order Processing

All Madchester.com products are made to order. Once an order is placed, it enters our production process before being dispatched.

Orders are typically produced, packed and dispatched within 1–5 working days.

During periods of high demand, seasonal events, product launches or circumstances beyond our control, processing times may be longer.

UK Delivery

Most UK orders are delivered within 5–8 working days from the date the order is placed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, industrial action, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Our preferred delivery partner is Royal Mail, although alternative courier services may be used where appropriate.

International Delivery

Madchester.com ships to customers worldwide, including Europe, North America and many other international destinations.

International orders typically arrive within 10–30 working days, although many orders are delivered sooner.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, local postal services, customs processing and courier performance.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, handling fees or other charges imposed by local authorities. These charges are not included within the product price or shipping costs unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates vary depending on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package size and weight

  • Courier service selected

  • Current carrier rates

All applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Madchester.com cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional charges or lost parcels resulting from incorrect, incomplete or outdated delivery information supplied by the customer.

If an order has not yet entered production, we may be able to amend delivery details. However, we cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has been placed.

Lost, Delayed or Missing Parcels

If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us at archie@streamz.store.

While Madchester.com cannot accept responsibility for courier errors once an order has been correctly dispatched, we will work with the courier to investigate the issue and, where applicable, initiate claims or refund requests on your behalf.

Any replacement, refund or compensation remains subject to the courier's investigation and confirmation of loss.

Parcels marked as delivered by the courier may not qualify for a replacement or refund unless sufficient evidence is provided that delivery was unsuccessful.

Failed Deliveries and Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because:

  • The delivery address provided was incorrect;

  • The parcel was not collected from a designated collection point;

  • Delivery attempts were unsuccessful due to customer unavailability;

the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

Tracking Information

Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and arranging collection or redelivery where required by the courier.
